I am totally in love with this hand painted Disney Converse. I love that Deviantartist Some-Imagination included both Sleeping Beauty Castle and Cinderella Castle. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Ugh. After seeing this I know working on my crochet projects will never be as magical as they could be:
£75 from Earth Wool Fire. Anybody have about 75 British Pounds I could borrow??
Oh Em Gee, you guys! Check this adorableness out:
Now I can’t help but think what other video game and tv characters would look fantastic in this medium! LOVE.

And I’m back! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and magnificent new year’s! I am still sadly and desperately working on Christmas gifts. How embarrassing. And I want nothing more than to cross stitch again! Instead of posting an update I have for you a Grab Bag Monday, instead!
How beautiful is this knit maple leaf shaw?!
It’s also functional!
If you are unlike me and know how to knit then head over to Ravelry and grab the pattern!
Apparently I’m not one of those bloggers that can keep up with their blogs during the holiday season. For that, I apologize! Part of it is I’m still madly trying to finish up these three Christmas presents and I promise I haven’t forgotten about you all. But on that note, I may not be back until after the new year. I need to play catch up on these presents and let’s be honest, recover from the New Year’s hang over. But one of my resolutions is to stay on top of the blog and possibly even write posts ahead of time.
Until then, I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, or whatever you may celebrate and a Happy New Year! See you all soon 🙂
Yes, you heard me right, knit video game converse:
Swoon. Check out Pretty Sneaky to buy some!
I am still working like crazy on Christmas Presents and I don’t want to post them on here until I’m done. Soooo, instead, you get the Weeping Angel Tree Topper I made a few weeks ago:
Sorry the picture is kind of crappy but I wanted to show it on the tree but our living room has horrible lighting. It’s made from a hideous $15 angel tree topper from Walmart, a wire tie to bring her hands up to her face and a little over a can of stone finish spray paint!
I wish I had cut the ribbon of the front of her robe and trimmed the fibre optics on it, but I’ll take for now. Don’t be surprised, however, if there’s an updated version for next year!
